CHAIRMAN: May I welcome the delegates to the 18th session of the 82nd Council Session. Let us continue adopting our report. I suggest to you that we first take up parts IV, V and VI which are already out and that we adjourn then for a short break in order to give delegates an opportunity to read VII, VIII and IX before we consider them.
