CHAIRMAN (Original language Arabic): I should like to welcome you all here for this afternoon's session. I welcome representatives of the FAO Secretariat. A high degree of cooperation has always existed between the Chair and members of the Council, and I trust that this cooperation will continue and enable us to cover all the items that remain on our agenda.
