Experience: 1975-77: Agricultural Economist, Peace Corps Volunteer with the Banco Nacional de Nicaragua; 1979-87: Financial Officer, CIMMYT; 1984-85: Seconded to the CGIAR Secretariat as Director of Budget and Finance Study of the CGIAR Centres.
