XIV. Arrangements for the Seventh Session of the Council

The Council has agreed to hold its Seventh Session in Washington, beginning 14 November 1949.

In order to expedite the work of its next session, the Council has decided to establish a Preparatory Committee consisting of the representatives of France, India, Mexico, the Philippine Republic, the Union of South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. This Preparatory Committee should meet about one week prior to the Council session to consider the documentation prepared by the secretariat, including the reports from the pre-Conference regional meetings, and to prepare material to serve as the basis for the Council's deliberations.
