Thomas Varghese is an Engineering graduate having around 20 years of experience in Public Administration. He is currently working with Government of India. He was Director ( Information Technology )  in Ministry of Agriculture , Government of India for a period of four years ( 2010-13). During that period several initiatives for introducing ICT for information dissemination were started in the Ministry. m-kisan project which helped the experts and officials in reaching out the farmers was conceived and commissioned during this period.
