The Global Beef system enhances the red meat production potential of Africa, India, China and other countries by employing the most modern, organic specialised grasses and farming techniques, supplying premium quality red meat for local and global markets. The system consists of managing the growth of a calf by a strictly controlled free-range feeding process using specialised grasses, through adulthood, to the abattoir and then the meat processing plant. The system incorporates the use of a biodigestor for waste management and encompasses transport logistics, effective management, staff training etc. The system is productive within the second year and fully sustainable. Within five years it is fully self-contained, breeding sufficient cattle to maintain its own continuous supply of healthy, free range, grass-fed, premium beef to the abattoir operations and hence for sale.
