OPERATIONS MANAGER

I supervise, hire, train our workers, manage quality assurance programs and strategize process improvement and follows up on any project available. Our basis is in biodiversity and adaptation, therefore i make sure that, there is enough resources for our organization to execute all the relevant projects both privately funded or funded by other organization.
