About Pebac Entrepreneurship for Rural Development Limited. Pebac Entrepreneurship for Rural Development Limited is a registered non-profit Organization with the Government of Uganda. It was founded by a group of people and 90% are women and youth who came together with a common cause aiming to raise households income by transforming substance farmers into commercial farmers to improve on food security, end poverty and raise standards of living reach thousands of people especially the vulnerable marginalized groups of people like Youth, Orphans, Poor, Widows, people with disability, people living with HIV AIDs, Women and girls, adolescents, old age and the general public of rural communities of Uganda. MISSION To develop rural Community capacity to access better health care services, Provision of water, food security, Education, human rights, Entrepreneurial skills and financial discipline to the rural communities of Uganda. VISION To bring Inspiration and innovative ideas to people of rural communities of Uganda to better their wellbeing and see improved standards of living in rural communities of Uganda.
