Researching on food security as it relates to producing safe and nutritious food from our African indigenous staples to eradicate hunger, increase diversification and improve quality of plant foods. My targets are infants between the ages of 6 months to 2 years. Children at this age brackets are considered to be under window period. This is how ever critical period because they are vulnerable to diseases and malnutrition if they are not properly fed.
