I am working at the Department of Agronomy, Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka, Bangladesh, and my designation is Associate Professor. I am the son of Muhammad Nasir Uddin of an enlightened Muslim family from the district of Gazipur, Bangladesh. My research interest is Weed Science. The main topic of my research is focused on plant-plant interaction and allelopathy as a source of the natural compound with herbicidal activity and on the understanding of their mode of action through an integrated physiological and metabolomic approach.
