Ms. Telojo Valerie Onu has a unique mulitdisciplinary background. Her general professional experience has already accumulated 15 years experience related to international trade/enterprise (SME) development including facilitation & business incubation, service industry development, policy and institutional mechanisms, project management and ICT & information consulting. Ms. Onu holds a Pg.Cert in International Trade Policy and an Executive Masters (EMA) in eGovernance at the Swiss University of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL), with a special focus on /Agriculture Network Industry Transformation Governance, opportunities for ICTs, Knowledge & Service Re-engineering for fostering an Information Society. Particularly through her work as a development consultant expert she has been actively involved in the international exchange of experience on agro-industry development and trade issues. Ms Onu is member of the International Association of Agricultural Information Specialists (IAALD) and provides support to the Business Support Organisations and Civil Society Networks. With her extensive capacity she has provided support as the Technical Advisor and Information Communication Management Specialist and ICT4Development Coordinator for the Caribbean Farmers Network, (CaFAN), working with supply chain and value chain development strategies. She has a proven experience as a senior international expert in different EDF and other EUfunded projects.
