Hi members, My names are Joseph Walubengo. Im the projects coordinator for an NGO called Integrated Avenues of Compassion. Im an Automotive engineer and also a Non-formal education for peace expert. Currently we a rolling out a program that seeks to support ICT usage at the grassroots with an aim of providing the masses at the grassroots with an opportunity of using ICT as a tool to better their living standards. Besides ICT we are involved in other projects ranging from the Revitalization of agriculture with emphasis on the usage of latest agricultural technologies that add value to the life of small scale farmers , Environment conservation,Aquaculture,E-healthcare just to mention a few. Our ultimate goal is to empower that small scale farmer by giving him the ablility to make an informed choice and also have the means to invest in whatever venture they wish to.
