Greetings! My name is Jenny Aker. I currently work at the Center for Global Development (http://www.cgdev.org/content/expert/detail/16350/). I have previously worked on market information systems with an NGO in West and Central Africa, and more recently looked at the impact of cell phones on prices and traders in Niger. I am now working with two NGOs on using cell phones as a literacy platform and for market information systems in Niger and Mali. and I am really looking forward to learning more about others' experiences in this area!
