Hello! I'm Sandy Flor from the UP Open University headquartered in Los Banos. Except for a couple of posts from my colleagues here in the Philippines, I've noticed that Southeast Asian presence has not been very pronounced in this forum, considering that we've had quite a history in rural mobile telephony. Nevertheless, I'm sure we have a number of lurkers out there particularly from the Mekong subregion or Indonesia, who would give us their take on mobile telephony in the rural areas.
