Hi All there. I am Sajjad Akhtar, Principal Systems Analyst, working in National Informatics Centre under Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, Government of India. Basically an IT professional, I am working on developing 'FISHERIES INFORMATION SYSTEM NETWORK (FISHNET)' in India. The main objective of FISHNET is to bring all Fisheries Departments, Fisheries Research Institutes and Agriculture Universities of India together through networking.
