Artificial Intelligence for Climate-Resilient Agrifood Systems
How can digital innovation help address the climate crisis in agriculture?
At the heart of the FAO Science and Innovation Forum, Reboot the Earth – Rome brings together young talents and experts to co-create digital solutions for the transformation of agrifood systems.
Over two days, multidisciplinary teams will work side by side with mentors to develop AI-powered, open-source prototypes that address real challenges linked to food security, sustainability and climate resilience.
Organized by the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO) Office of Innovation with the United Nations Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT), the hackathon is part of a global series aimed at building inclusive, scalable digital public goods with impact across countries and communities.
