Area of Expertise
Ejolle is developing expertise in using AI-enabled and digital tools to diagnose soil and plant conditions, monitor crops, and recommend practical actions for smallholder farmers and women’s groups. The work is designed for low-data, locally appropriate decisions on soil health, crop conditions, climate risks, and farm management
Regenerative and climate-smart farming: no-till methods, mulching, composting, crop diversification, natural pest management, soil-cover practices, and organic fertilizer preparation.
- Agroforestry and restoration: nursery development, native and non-timber forest-product seedlings, tree planting, erosion control, and restoring degraded land.
- Smallholder and community agriculture: working with women farmers, cooperatives, vulnerable communities, and local groups through training, mobilization, and field demonstrations.
- Cassava and maize value chains: production, market access, processing, and the planned development of instant fufu flour.
- Sustainable agribusiness: linking farm production with processing, distribution, livelihoods, and climate resilience.
- Agricultural project design and management: beneficiary selection, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, monitoring and evaluation, and community-based implementation.
- Environmental and soil management: natural-resource management, biodiversity protection, climate adaptation, and digital or satellite-supported soil and crop monitoring.
