Work experience of 10.8 yrs with extensive knowledge of promoting agrienterprise projects, community skill development, institution building and livelihoods promotion for poor and unemployed youths under poverty reduction programmes/project with government and large NGOs in 10 states namely -- Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Jharkhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Assam through

1.Strengthening community capacities and skills for sustainability of livelihoods activities;

2.Promoted and imparted trainings on entrepreneurship development programme (EDP) among unemployed youths for gainful livelihoods income;

3.Development of a systematic business development plan for identified ‘Income Generating Activity (IGA)’ and extended handholding support;

4. Mobilizing poor households into effective community institutions at village level and federate them to create an effective institutional platform at higher levels under three tiers of local self governance;

5. Enhancing community access to resources, technical, and marketing services;

6.Steered policy dialogue and designed campaigns on livelihood issues;

7. Developed monitoring and feedback mechanism for the efficient and effective operations, mechanism for project cost control and cost-benefit analysis.
