As a lecturer at Mekelle University, I have leveraged my expertise in technology transformation to drive significant social change. My domain of expertise lies at the intersection of technology, community development, and leadership. With a strong track record of community service, I have developed a range of skills that enable me to address complex problems and support community development. Such as
 Technology Transformation: I have experience in implementing technology solutions to address social and economic challenges, as evident from my work in driving technology-driven change at Mekelle University.
 Community Development: Through my involvement in community service, I have honed my skills in problem-solving, leadership, and community engagement. My work with local organizations such as the Tigray Regional State Bureau of Agriculture and Natural Resources and Action for the Needy in Ethiopia (ANE) has allowed me to develop effective strategies for empowering communities and promoting positive change.
 Project Management: My experience as Site Manager and Support Field Monitor under ANE has given me a strong foundation in project management, including monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
 Capacity Building: I have a proven track record of developing young individuals and empowering them to become leaders for positive change. My ability to identify and address knowledge gaps has enabled me to design and implement effective training programs that enhance the capacity of community members.
Overall, my domains of expertise encompass technology transformation, community development, project management, and capacity building. I am confident that my unique blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and community-focused approach makes me an ideal candidate for roles that require innovation, collaboration, and social impact in AI and emerging technologies for agri-food.
