Technology Transformation: I have experience in implementing technology solutions to address social and economic challenges, as evident from my work in driving technology-driven change at Mekelle University. Community Development: Through my involvement in community service, I have honed my skills in problem-solving, leadership, and community engagement. My work with local organizations such as the Tigray Regional State Bureau of Agriculture and Natural Resources and Action for the Needy in Ethiopia (ANE) has allowed me to develop effective strategies for empowering communities and promoting positive change. Project Management: My experience as Site Manager and Support Field Monitor under ANE has given me a strong foundation in project management, including monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. Capacity Building: I have a proven track record of developing young individuals and empowering them to become leaders for positive change. My ability to identify and address knowledge gaps has enabled me to design and implement effective training programs that enhance the capacity of community members. Overall, my domains of expertise encompass technology transformation, community development, project management, and capacity building.
