First greetings to all participants of the forum, and also an apology but the English is not my native language. I am a sociologist and I live in Chile, I dedicate it to the consulting and research for public institutions geared mainly to agriculture and the incorporation of technologies. We recently completed two new research on use and access to the computer and the Internet on agricultural producers, an initial investigation into strategic products lines and a second on use and access of information. Both believe the access and use of the cell.
