I am presently the Municipal Agriculturist of the Local Government Unit of Paracale, Camarines Norte, Region V, Philippines. We are conducting Orientation on Natural Farming System to our farmers, discussing about vermicomposting, manufacture of Bokasi (Fermented Plant Matter) and the use of Effective Microorganism Solution (EM-1). We are determined to push organic farming in our municipality, whether the farmers like it or not! We will enforce the RA 9003 otherwise known as the Solid Waste Management Act of 2000.
