I am Agricultural economist and Agribusiness Specialist (Bachelor degree holder) with 3years of continuous experience in development programs, in which I occupied managerial and leadership positions in International Humanitarian Relief and development organizations (NGOs) as head of cluster livelihood department and Community Mobilization specialist, Community Capacity building and skills development specialist and technical monitoring and evaluation specialist. I am about to complete my studies of Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Project Management (Mountain Kenya University Rwanda/MKUR/weekend program). I am knowledgeable on Providing technical expertise on Livelihoods development (Agriculture) and Economic empowerment and delivering appropriate, sustainable and environmentally friendly livelihood interventions that meets the needs of beneficiaries in the community with hands-on-work experience in rural development projects, where currently, I’m heading food for the Hungry-Cluster livelihood department that leads three continuous projects in Eastern province namely Nyamikamba project that is helping more than 6,759 vulnerable families, a USA Donor Funded (using Child Focused Transformation Model/CFCT that’s supporting more than 27,836 beneficiaries to end poverty in Gatunda sector ) project and Federation Genevoise de cooperation (FGC) project that works and supports rural farmers’ cooperatives, smallholder agricultural farmers and producer organizations and organic production methods such as farming God’s way and compost making technics. I'm experienced in managing development projects, implementing projects in districts, team leading and coordination, guiding and facilitate project appraisal, coordinating project evaluation studies and capacity building plans development.
