JULIANA ABENA YEBOAH DEMANYA (Mrs.) was appointed Deputy Chief Dietician in July, 2011 and is currently the head of the Dietherapy Department of the KBTH. She is a member of FAO/WHO Codex Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses. She has worked for fifteen (15) years with MOH, seven (7) years in KATH. Mrs Juliana A.Y. Demanya had her secondary education in Achimota School. She holds a Bsc in Community Nutrition from the University for Development Studies; an Msc in Health Services Planning and Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST); and a postgraduate proficiency certificate in Dietetics. She is a Registered Dietician (RD).
