My name is Kimbowa Richard working for Uganda Coalition for Sustainable Development a local NGO Network but also part of a regional one - The East African Sustainability Watch Network. It is in relation to the East African SusWatch Network (involving Tanazania and Kenyan partners) that has been working in the Lake Victoria region since 2005, that we are planning to scale up the use of ICT for sustainable development through regular, timely information sharing on a wide range of sectors that could uplift people from the rampant poverty that they face (agriculture, forestry, technology transfer, sanitation and hygiene, climate change adaptation etc) Very keen on this forum as it promises to provide us with useful insights and contacts
