The University of Minnesota and Kansas State University have been working on creating a repository for food protection education materials. We recently measured our user population to find an agreement level on essential records for the database. The results demonstrated no agreement on what users might deem essential records. Revising our measurement calculation by measuring for the inverse result, we found user agreement on non-essential records.
