I am currently Associate Professor of Computational Science at University of New England, Australia. I received a BSc and an MSc degree in Computer Science from Cornell University and University of Arizona (USA) in 1986 and 1988, respectively. I was awarded the PhD degree in Advanced Engineering Systems (Intelligent Interaction Technologies) in 2003 from University of Tsukuba, Japan. My current research interests include e-Agriculture, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision and Image Processing, Complex Systems and Computational Modelling, and Bioinformatics.
