Hi My name is Suparerk Sooksmarn. I am from Thailand, one of major exporting agriculture products. In the past 10 years, I have involved with researches related to the use of ICT for rural development. With the majority of Thai people are in agriculture sector, the government tries to improve the livelihood of the farmers. The outcomes are still mixed. In some cases, there were success but in many there were failure. We have tried to teach farmer computer and internet, but it seems they cannot adopt to the technology and there are many barrier to success. I think this forum can help me in learning more about what is going on around the world relating to the issue.
