I have a keen interest in food security, agriculture, climate change, and human - ecosystem interactions. My PhD research focused on developing site-specific strategies for enhancing food production by linking process-based models, empirical models and crop production drivers in Kenya. I am advancing these ideas at post-doctorate level to explore the potential of agroecosystem models coupled with climate data and farmer-led innovations for enhancing production across various spatio-temporal scales.
