Bio of Ibrahim Hassan stands as a beacon of change, dedicating My life to advocating for marginalized minority communities. My journey is a testament to my passion for social inclusion and his unwavering commitment to human rights and development.

As the CEO of the Marginalized Community Advocacy Network (M-CAN) and the chairperson of Somalia's Human Rights Civil Societies' Network, I lead by example. My leadership extends beyond borders, as my spearheads four minority rights organizations, transcending boundaries to ensure the voices of the marginalized are heard.

Ibrahim's career is marked by a deep-rooted desire to effect change. As a project designer, my crafted strategic programs to empower excluded groups, advocating for my representation in decision-making processes. My tenure as a health and nutrition supervisor at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) further solidified his commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable communities.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Ibrahim is a catalyst for grassroots change. I co-founded the Somali Bantu Youth Association, a platform that amplifies the voices of youth and women, advocating for their rights and providing support for victims of gender-based violence.

Ibrahim's academic journey mirrors his professional achievements. Armed with a bachelor's degree in public administration and management, he continues to pursue knowledge, currently working towards a master's degree in development studies and management.

Ibrahim's impact extends beyond his professional and academic pursuits. As an alumnus of the International Visitor Leadership Program, he participated in the IVLP Project: Optimizing Inclusive Leadership program, further honing his skills as a transformative leader. His participation in the Food and Nutrition forum to end hunger in the UK, London, underscores his dedication to addressing global challenges.
