15th International Cereal and Bread Congress (15th ICBC)
15th ICBC will be organised by ICC – International Association for Cereal Science and Technology and ICC's national representation in Turkey, Hacettepe University. The focus of this international conference will be storage, marketing and development of innovative cereal and pulse products meeting consumers' needs (added values in convenience, taste, nutrition and health, safety and security). Exploiting new raw materials/ingredients and new technologies, producing functional foods in the legal framework, and alternative uses of cereals will be topics of the congress. Scientific topics include Cereals and Cereal Product Quality Evaluation/ Quality Management, Cereal Processing Technologies, Bread and Other Cereal Foods, Nutrition and Health and also Food Legumes. One parallel session of the conference will be devoted to contribution of pulses to the nutrition around the world, processing technologies for pulses and combined utilization of pulses and cereals in human nutrition.
