Pulses Recipe Competition and Exhibition

An open competition on pulses recipe of Bangladesh is organized to recognize and promote diversity of pulses recipe that supports food and nutrition security. Two rounds of selections by a team of panelist (i) selection of best recipe under 6 groups of pulses (chick pea, Lentil, Mung, pea, black gram, and grass pea)  based on the form, and (ii) On 8th the selected (10) best entries per group will be invited for exhibition and competition. Based on the actual recipe and interview, one best from all group will be selected and awarded. All the entries will be compiled into a Pulse Recipe Book.
