CHAIRMAN: Welcome to the Fifteenth Plenary Meeting. We will proceed this afternoon as follows. First, we will proceed with the adoption of Report C 95/REP/6 which is the third and final Report of Commission III. We will then proceed with the adoption of Report C 95/REP/3 which is the last Commission II Report. After we conclude with Commissions II and III, we will adopt the Report of Commission I. Those Reports are 7, 8 and 9. Finally, after a short break, we will resume at a later time to adopt Reports 10, 11, 12 and 13, which are the Reports from Plenary as well as LIM/42, which is the last General Committee Report to the Plenary for adoption.

We now start with C 95/REP/6. I give the floor to the Chairman of Commission III.
