CHAIRMAN: The meeting is called to order. As was announced before we broke for lunch, I will now call on Mr. Brondo, the Under Secretary of Agriculture and Water Resources of Mexico who will speak on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture of Mexico, who is the President of the World Food Council.
