For the reporting the financial resources available to the Programme are presented in Figure 2. On the left side of the figure, the Core contributions, both in-kind and cash are represented. This amount adds up to US$927 389. On the right side, two project specific contributions are shown amounting to US$589 429. With respect to these two projects, the amount reflects both actual and committed and will not necessarily spent within this reporting period. A total of six donors supported the Programme during this reporting period.
It needs to be mentioned that during 2005, five other projects were closed dealing with:
The budget outlook for 2006, although not part of this report, looks very similar to what has been reported for 2005. As noted in several places in the report, the Secretariat continues committed in its search for potential donors and in securing contribution from those existing ones.
