Hello members, Introducing myself, Rafiqul Islam (ICT professional), Bangladeshi by birth and presently working at Australia. Nice topic for discussion. This type of discussion might help third world county like Bangladesh. But little confusion is there, how we can adopt the declaration and lesson learned after the forum? Who will implement? Govt?
