G'Day everyone, great to see so many researchers and agricultural industry reps interested in the application of mobile services to agriculture. My name is Leisa Armstrong and I am a computer science lecturer at Edith Cowan University in Perth Western Australia. I have a background as agricultural scientists and currently am working with a colleague Dean Diepeveen on a project looking at the effectiveness of using mobile technologies to deliver agriculture related information to cereal industry farmers in Western Australia.
