Acc. to me,following things are required Commitment from all stakeholders like Govt. agencies, private sector, extension officials Role of local agencies is also very important such as district administration, state agencies. For awareness generation, we can take the help of NGOs who are working at the local level and have better understanding of the local people and culture and networs another important thing is the involvement of village authorities such as Pnachayat in india as they act as the role of opininn leaders and have more say in villages ITC and gyandoot both the models have taken rural enterpreneurs in thier stride as these are also earning some money. For PPP to be successful, it is required that all stakeholders earn benefits from this models so as to ensure their interest I think we can add other countries' examples in this which will prove to be very beneficial.
