UNESCO to partner with ITU for Mobile Learning Week 2018

UNESCO is pleased to announce that it will partner with ITU, the United Nations specialized agency for ICTs, to organize Mobile Learning Week 2018 under the theme 'Skills for a connected world'.
The event will examine how governments and other stakeholders can ensure all people acquire the digital skills and competencies needed for life and work in increasingly technology-dependent societies.
The event sub-themes will include:
- Defining and mainstreaming digital skills
- Promoting quality and innovative digital skills education
- Assuring equity and closing gender divides
- Mapping and anticipating changing demands for skills
The event will be held from 26 to 30 March at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris.
