MATABISHI RUGEREZA Armen is a philanthropist, human rights advocate, and global development leader, holding a Master’s degree in International Humanitarian Law from Harvard Law School.

He has extensive expertise in leading humanitarian, development, and resilience programs, with a strong commitment to social justice, gender equality, human rights, and sustainable development.

He served as an Expert Member of the Young Experts Group on Sustainable Agrifood Systems at the BRICS Youth Energy Agency, contributing to the BRICS Youth Energy Outlook 2024. Currently, he is the Executive Director of ADIFEVEA World, where he leads innovative and inclusive initiatives to empower women, protect the environment, and strengthen community resilience.
