Hi Michael, I'm very interested in the use of new technlogies in agriulture. I'm phd International Business Student and I see the experience in Mexico is not as good in application of mobile telephony. The problem in Mexico is that the communications are still expensive because of the monopoly TELMEX in the sector, besides there are a lot of comunities without the service.
