I am currently working as project manager for two French organizations (CCNM and GHN) who are part of the European Rural-Inclusion project (www.rural-inclusion.eu). CCNM which is the (Communauté de Communes du Nord de la Martinique) is a nonprofit making organization grouping 18 towns in the North part of Martinique which is the agricultural part of the island (www.ccnm.fr). The other nonprofit organization is GHN (Groupement Hippique Nationale) a professional body serving the Equestrian world in France. Since 2005 all Equestrian activities are part of the agricultural world in France and are governed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Sport and Finance. This economical segment is 30 OOO employees, 900 000 horses and over 8000 “farms”. We are looking to assist the Equestrian community by providing state of the art e-tools (Administrative, Knowledge bases, e-learning to mention some). I hold an MBA in Innovation, Strategy and Information systems and prior to this current assignment have collaborated with INSEAD (Rural Wings project), headed several international departments (Knowledge Management practice, Project Management, E-learning) in companies such as ENTOPIA, STERIA, EuroPACE, SITA/EQUANT and Digital Equipment Corporation. My current interests since 1995 evolve around Knowledge Management, Change Management and Innovation using e-solutions. My challenge for 2011 is to open the first Living Labs in Martinique
