There has been some digital skills acquisition trainings by government and few private bodies. 

Advisory and e-commerce are more likely to upscale. 

Q1. None that I know of in Nigeria.

Q2. There is a need for policies that would enable the development of a robust database that would capture farmers at rural level.  Also data should be made available for planning and managing agricultural activities by farmers
