I am currently working with digitalGREEN (http://digitalgreen.org). We make small 10 minutes videos on agriculture and allied activities and screen the same in the village communities, on a weekly basis. The uniqueness about these videos, is that, they are produced, edited and disseminated by the local people and the language is also regional. The farmers showcased in these videos are from the neighboring villages. Hence the villagers relate to them easily. The whole idea is to increase the efficiency of the existing extension work. I have done my Bachelors in Agriculture and Masters in ITC-ARD ie; Information and Communication Technology in Agriculture and Rural Development.
