Ross has farmed extensively in Southern Africa, both as a Commercial Farmer and Stud breeder, and also an owner of vertically integrated Agribusiness supply chains.  He has recently returned to London after being based in South Africa for 21 years, where notably, he launched Black Economic Empowerment (BEE), and thereafter was privileged to direct the launch and ongoing management review of Nelson Mandela’s Reconstruction & Development Programme for the country.

Before relocating to Africa, Ross was educated as a Knowledge Engineer, practiced as a Troubleshooter in the Banking, Finance, and Construction sectors in London, New York, and the Asia-Pacific, and had a Political career under the Thatcher Government which focused on Affirmative Action and dismantling Apartheid in South Africa.

Ross is looking for new exciting challenges as a Social Entrepreneur.
