- What are concrete actions that can be undertaken to improve rural communication policies and services? (opening October 2nd)
Lab to Land, Land to Lab, Land to Land communication is necessary to reach the unreached rural family farmers.
Community knowledge centres to be established in every village with the support of village administration through which the family farmers need to get essential day to day information, sms messages, etc
