Hi everyone, I am just entering the conversation on partnerships between private and public for e-agriculture. I would like to enquire of the different actors concerning the authority and the confidence of the information that is being available from the kiosks. Can farmers have confidence? I raise this question as government has an important role here. For example in Bangladesh the e fact sheets on the Bangladesh Rice Research institute have institute authority. This information can be taken up by any private kiosk through links. Thanks Noel Magor I am writing this from Benin from an NGO telecentre.
