The FAO Office of Partnerships, Advocacy and Capacity Development (OPC) has organized, in collaboration with SP3, a technical seminar to discuss the relevance of ComDev applied to FAO’s work on poverty reduction and the need for evidence-based approaches to inform policies and enable the institutionalization of RCS. The seminar, which will see the the participation of FAO specialists and invited experts from the academia, community media and development agencies, will be followed by a side event to launch the recently released e-learning course on communication for rural development. |
