Adhita Prabakusuma is an agro-industrial technologist and practitioner in food safety standards. He has been pursuing his final-year PhD degree from College of Food Science and Technology, Yunnan Agricultural University, China. Recently, he is active as a researcher, lecturer, and certified food safety internal auditor at Department of Food Technology, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta. He is also the member of Indonesian Agro-technologist Association (APTA), Indonesian Food Safety Professional Association (APKEPI), Indonesian ISO Expert Association (IIEA), Food Allergy Research and Education (FARE), European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI), and the editor in the Journal of Agri-Food Science and Technology (JAFOST).
