Project planning and implementation: Participated in the implementation of donor funded programs and projects within sub-counties, constantly interacting with key stakeholders in the International, National and County levels to identify strengths, lessons learn't and challenges to improve implementation through the value chains. Giving support to communities in the areas of sustainable technologies for food security, Climate change adaptation and resilience and creation of wealth using available resources. Capacity Building: Oversee implementation of farmer based projects in relation to set goals and action plans, Use of sustainable methods in boosting farmer capabilities and capacity without which they would be stuck in low production. Organize and train staff in issues that need backstopping and support the youth in agriculture based projects. Monitoring and evaluation: Involved in evaluation of projects right from design of monitoring tools, enumeration, analysis and reporting.
