For over 25 years, Jacques LeCavalier has served enterprises, government, NGOs and universities internationally. He is an award-winning designer of many innovative online and blended learning programs. He co-developed and deployed three online and field training courses in organic farming. He co-manages an organic vineyard in Canada’s Okanagan Valley. He co-piloted a $3 million international second language eLearning initiative to its successful on-time/on-budget conclusion. He has guided other organizations through their first eLearning initiative, including a non-profit now handling 2,000 enrollments monthly. He has helped many clients to select/implement LMSs, and designed a training methodology that is in wide use in large Québec organizations. He is recognized for efficient and thorough research, has authored major benchmarking and evaluation studies, and has directed public and private R&D projects. He has planned and delivered distance education and eLearning courses in West Africa.
